Today, October 8, 2019, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Government of National Accord and the National Authority for Information Security and Safety. The agreement was signed by the Director-General of the National Authority for Information Security and Safety Mr. Salah Al-Din Al-Tebini with the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Technical Affairs of Mr. Mahmoud Al-Talisi. Raising security awareness of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs employees and training them on the safe and sound use of modern technology. The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Technical Affairs Mahmoud Al-Tilisi said that this agreement came between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the National Authority for Information Security and Safety to provide a safe use for employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for systems and modern information technology. Al-Talisi added in a statement to the Libyan News Agency after the signing that the use of technology has benefits and has flaws, including the process of penetrations to which the systems are exposed, especially in important institutions. Stressing that signing this agreement enables the ministry to benefit from the authority’s experts in protecting these systems, And protect the information it has.
